Presented by Trinity College London academic experts, the series is aimed at English language teachers looking to continue their professional development, particularly those preparing learners for ISE or GESE. This webinar was the ninth in the series and focussed on teaching English to young learners in particular. During the webinar, Martin Oetegenn and FoELT 2019 presenter Anna Britton focussed on ways teachers can develop emotional intelligence (EQ) in their young learners. Watch the full webinar below.
Anna kicked off the webinar with a comparison between IQ and EQ and an overview of why EQ is something teachers should be considering in their lesson planning.
