About the Workshop

This workshop is designed to support schools and their staff with specific ideas and guidance for preparing students for the GESE exam as part of a short-stay junior programme.
Teacher-trainer and examiner Rachael Clarke will provide an outline of the exam requirements in each level band, and demonstrate how GESE easily maps to general English language syllabuses and coursework. She will also give teachers a practical bank of activity ideas that can be used and adapted for GESE preparation at each level.
This is a free workshop and is open to all local schools and teaching staff. Schools that have not run GESE exams previously are also welcome and encouraged to attend.
